About Rotive
Our name Rotive combines the words Robots + Creative. We help entrepreneurs and small businesses find creative automation solutions to their business problems through Salesforce training.
Organizations have access to incredibly powerful software, but not enough people know how to leverage it - that's where we come in. We create video courses that explain complicated software features and Salesforce tutorials that show you how to solve real-world problems step-by-step.
Rotive is run by Brian Hays and Lauren Kemp. They started as a traditional Salesforce consultancy but have evolved into a business focused on education and enablement.
By keeping our operation small, we practice using software daily to extend what our small business is able to do. We use our own experience as business operators alongside the lessons we learned implementing Salesforce for hundreds of clients to create practical solutions and automations.

Brian is 7x Salesforce-certified, a Trailhead Ranger, and the Principal Consultant at Rotive. He uses his background in sales and marketing - plus experience working directly with hundreds of small businesses - to teach others how to apply software in their organizations.

Lauren is 3x Salesforce-certified and uses her background in social media management to develop our content strategy. In addition, she manages our video production, business operations, and is training to become a Salesforce Developer.
